We are an established company looking for a professional, skilled, dynamic person to join our team.
Based in the Coomera Marine precinct on the Gold Coast, Harbourforce Marine provides premium boat sandblasting, antifouling, detailing and repair services for almost 2 decades.

About the role
This is a full-time salary position which is varied in terms of duties. The salary will be determined on experience and or qualifications.
Working in a close-knit environment, this is a pivotal role where you will be the support to our management team.
Duties will include:
- General Office duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents
- Regular reporting on company performance
- Experience in accounting software (Xero); preparing projects, quotes and invoice processing.
- Actioning Workplace Health & Safety/Risk Management/Operation documents
- Managing Policies & Procedures
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
- Data Entry
- Growing and maintaining client database
- Coordinating and scheduling vessel movement
- Ad hoc administration tasks as required by management
Requirements
- Can-do attitude
- Minimum 2 years experience
- A passion or previous experience in boating / marine industry- desirable but not essential.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work autonomously and learn quickly
- Exceptional client service, interpersonal skills, and ability to deal effectively with people at all levels
- Ability to multitask and prioritise projects
- Excellent presentation, reliability and punctuality
